Why go glamping on your wedding day?
For a wedding like no other, why not enjoy your special day amongst the rolling fields and dramatic views of some of England’s most incredible country locations?
Our sites ensure picture-perfect settings for your wedding reception and photography. The uninterrupted views of the beautiful English countryside provide a glorious backdrop for your special day and the simple, yet stunning outdoor locations mean you are able to make your wedding day as quirky or as traditional as you like.
Wedding guest accommodation
What’s great about our sites is that there is accommodation too. In each of the luxury glamping tents you will find home-from-home comforts: real beds, loos and cooking facilities. So when the celebrations are drawing to a close, you don’t need to worry about calling taxis or getting home, you can simply wend your way to your very own little glamping haven and call it a night.
It’s a really practical set up; the glamping tents are located right there on site and mean that everyone who stays can enjoy a leisurely breakfast together the next morning.
Glamping wedding locations
We offer weddings at our Bleasdale (Forest of Bowland, Lancashire) and Kittisford (Wellington, Somerset) sites.
Bleasdale, Forest of Bowland, Lancashire
With wide stretches of the Lancashire countryside on your doorstep, Bleasdale is perfect for a wedding under the stars and a sunny breakfast with friends and family the next morning. You have use of either the field, or the village hall depending on your preference, and can pitch your own marquee close to the accommodation if you wish to.
St. Eadmer’s is a pretty country church just a short distance from the glamping site, making it simple to create a wedding set-up that is bespoke to you.
Kittisford Barton, Wellington, Somerset
For a Somerset wedding, Kittisford Barton is the ideal location for a festival vibe, or for those after a bit of country chic. A 15-acre farm field will be at your disposal and the Blackdown Hills AONB frame the backdrop of this tranquil location.
There are a couple of really lovely churches nearby so you can have your ceremony a short distance away before making you and your guests make your way over.
