Glamping is the ideal group activity; it's a great way to gather people together and get active. Outside of the school holidays glamping is really popular with groups of adults, and our luxury glamping sites provide a perfect, practical base from which to have fun discovering the beautiful surroundings and enjoying all the local activities available.
From family groups to big groups
Whether it be a holiday with friends, a team get-together or a group of colleagues team-building, our glamping sites are a fun way to experience the outdoors and enjoy each other's company, while learning or developing skills together. As well as being great fun, glamping in a group can be a fantastic way to bond with friends or workmates, and with Lantern and Larks' luxury camping, you can do this with ease and comfort. Make it sociable and get the fire pits roaring! Each of our tents can accommodate six guests and has three bedrooms as well as a living area and outside deck - so there's lots of room!
Glamping for large groups – book the whole site!
If you're interested in organising a glamping holiday for more than 6 people you can book the whole site! Each site has 6 tents each capable of accommodating 6 people each. That's a total of 36 people you can have glamping on one single site, all to yourself at any of our
four glamping sites.
This is ideal for large family gatherings, birthdays, anniversaries and many more events. If you're interested in booking for a stag do or hen do this is possible, but out of curtesy of our other guests we only accept these bookings if the whole site is booked.

With adult only large group bookings we require a security deposit of £500 per large booking, this will be refunded within 7 days of your departure.
Group glamping activities at our UK sites
If you want to get out and about, there's loads on offer around our sites - perfect for fun days out or trying something new. We have four glamping sites across the UK; Kittisford
Barton, Sweffling Hall, Exton Park and Bleasdale. Here are some suggestions for some great days that are perfect for groups:
Iken Canoe - just 20 minutes away from Sweffling, this hire company offers equipment for canoeing, kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding. You'll be out in the Alde estuary between Aldeburgh and Snape, a great place to learn a new sport.
Beacon Rally Karts - located near Woodbridge, 30 minutes away, this outdoor karting company is a great way for you and your group to test out your off-road skills on the three different racetracks.
Pleasurewood Hills - this theme park covers a site of almost 60 acres and has a range of rides and attractions for all ages, including a great selection of thrill rides. In Lowestoft, the attraction is under an hour away from Sweffling.
Assington Mill - a great way for you all to get creative is with Assington Mill Rural Skills and Craft Courses. Assington is about an hour away and offers a whole portfolio of courses - from food foraging to jewellery making, hedge laying to constructing a clay oven...
Suffolk Leisure Park - 40 minutes away from Sweffling, the Leisure Park offers a range of facilities geared towards those who want to learn or improve their skills skiing or snowboarding. There are three dry slopes on offer as well as a climbing wall and a high ropes course.
Gisburn Forest Hub - a great way to get out and about is to visit Gisburn Forest. One hour away from Bleasdale, the forest offers lots of trails and routes to explore on foot, horseback or bike.
Ski Rossendale - this is an outdoor activity centre with a brilliant dry ski slope that is perfect for learning or advancing your ski/snowboard skills. It is an hour away from Bleasdale and great for an adrenaline boost.
Go Ape - get a whole group of you involved in some outdoor adventure in Rivington. Less than an hour away from Bleasdale, Go Ape is a great outdoor centre amid beautiful scenery that provides treetop fun on high ropes, zip wires, Tarzan swings and more.
Bay Sea School - discover the magnificent Morecambe Bay from the water itself. Get your sea legs on and learn to sail, just 40 minutes away from Bleasdale.
Impact Blackpool - for adrenaline junkies the activities at Impact Blackpool, 30 minutes from Bleasdale, include paintball, laser tag, archery, air rifle shooting and segway games.
Kaos Indoor High Wire Adventure - located in Lytham, about 40 minutes away, this is an indoor high wire centre that is great for team building and lots of fun.
