We’ve received another excellent review of our Bleasdale site in Lancashire!
The Way Too Much Luggage family have posted a wonderful blog post following their Lantern & Larks stay last week and we’re over the moon they’ve had such a wonderful family retreat!
On their latest blog post they talk us through their glamping adventure with three young children and really sing the praises of the site, facilities and surroundings.

The Bleasdale glamping site is located right on the edge of the Forest of Bowland AONB and boasts wonderful surroundings with wild countryside to discover. There is a network of footpaths right from your front door and cycle paths and bridleways as well. With such a peaceful, remote feeling it’s hard to believe that you’re within easy access of Lancaster, the picturesque village of Chipping and the bustling city of Blackpool.
You’ll find that the site itself will provide adventure and relaxation in equal parts. Little ones love being in the outdoors and discovering nature.
“Our youngest in particular was delighted with the pack that was provided to ensure that we made the most of exploring the site. A fishing net, bug catchers, magnifying glass and lots of suggested fun activities made for hours of fun.”

Spend your evenings under the stars, roasting marshmallows over the firepit and just soak up the countryside. Glamping provides the best of both worlds: hassle-free outdoor adventure, fun and easy for all ages. But don’t take our word for it. Read the latest blog post on Way Too Much Luggage here.
